Ingredients:
250 gr of butter
200 gr of icing sugar
50 gr of cocoa
250 gr of biscuits
Procedure:
Melt the butter. Add the icing sugar and the cocoa. Stir well.
Then add the biscuits and stir well. Put the mixture in a bowl
and then in the freezer.

LITTLE CAKES

You will need:
2 eggs
6 glace cherries
100 gr of soft margarine
100 gr of caster sugar
100 gr of self- raising flour
What to do:
1. Set the oven to 180 C. Put the larger paper cases in the bun tin and the sweet cases on the baking tray.
2. Sieve the self raising flour into the mixing bowl. Add the soft margarine and the caster sugar to the flour.
3. Break the eggs into the bowl. Beat everything together with a wooden spoon until the mixture is soft and creamy.
4. To make cherry cakes cut the glace cherries into small pieces with a sharp knife and stir them into the cake mixture.
5. Put two teaspoonfuls of the mixture into each larger paper case and one teaspoonful into each sweet case.
6. Bake the tiny cakes for 10 to 15 min and the small ones for 20 to 25 min. Then put them on a wire rack to cool.

125 gr of dark chocolate
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of sweet milk
Procedure:
1. Melt the dark chocolate adding the two tablespoons of sweet milk and mix them.
2. Put in a big bowl the white parts of the eggs and beat them aking maringue.
3. Beat the yellow parts of the eggs and put a little chocolate mixing all the time.
4. Put all chocolate in eggs and then add the meringue mixing all the time.

Walnut Biscuits

1TEASPOON VANILIA

2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 PACKAGE SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS <2 CUPS>
RECIPE
1.Heat oven .
2.Beat brown sugar,white sugar and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed about 3 minutes or until fluffy
3.Beat in eggs and vanilia,then stir in the baking soda ,salt and flour .
Add the walnuts and chocolate
4.Drop dough by large scoops on to ungreased cookie sheet
5.Bake 11 to 14 minutes .Cool on pan for five minutes
